How do I book a skip?

Booking is straightforward. Use our online booking page, choose a delivery date and complete the booking. Alternatively, you can contact our team via WhatsApp for assistance.

What skip sizes do you offer?

We are a mini skip company and provide 2 cubic yard skips. Their compact size means we can often place them off the road in the smallest driveways.

What can I put in a skip?

We have a dedicated page covering what you can and can't put in a skip — see our full guidelines for details.

What are the benefits of a mini skip?

Mini skips are space-efficient, fitting easily into driveways or tight areas; cost-effective for smaller projects like renovations or garden clean-ups; environmentally friendly, since we prioritise recycling; and convenient, being easy to load for a hassle-free delivery and collection experience.

How much does a skip cost to hire?

Our mini skips are available to hire for £150.00 + VAT in and around the Ashford area (TN23, TN24, TN25, TN26). We also cover TN27, TN28, TN29, TN30, CT18, CT19, CT20 and CT21 for £160.00 + VAT.

What is the duration of the skip hire?

The standard hire period is usually up to 14 days, but we offer flexible options to accommodate your specific requirements. Additional hire periods are charged at £5.00 per day.

Do I need a permit for placing a skip on the road?

We are unable to place a skip on the road without a local authority permit, so please call us before booking online if you require a skip to be placed on the road.

How much notice is required for a skip delivery?

We offer a same day delivery service. However, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery.

How do you handle recycling?

We are committed to eco-friendly practices. We carefully sort and recycle waste at our waste transfer facility in Kingsnorth, minimising the environmental impact.

What happens if my skip gets overloaded?

We only accept level loads. Overloaded skips pose safety risks during transportation. If your skip is filled beyond the level indicator, the collection will be refused and additional costs may apply for an abortive collection.

Can I change my booking details after confirmation?

Yes, you can modify your booking details. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll assist you in making the necessary changes.

How do I pay for the skip hire?

We accept online payments through our secure platform, and payment is required at the time of booking. For account customers, alternative arrangements can be discussed.

Do you offer a wait and load service?

Yes, we offer a wait and load service, ideal if you don't have space for a skip. Our driver waits while you load your waste, which usually takes around 30 minutes, and the skip is then taken away immediately.

What if the size of my load doesn't warrant a skip?

We may be able to assist you through our sister company, Cage Waste Removal.
